Launched in Europe, North and South America and Chinathe Program lasts four to five years working in various positions and geographical locations. You will be assigned a role in our EU or America locations and must be prepared to move for min 18 months several times.

Your Tasks:
- Undergo initial training period in our global headquarters in Hagen, Germany
- Manage your job duties in an assigned role in R&D, engineering, production, project management, sales (you will change location and position every 18-24 months)
- Learn how the business works in an international automotive company with a matrixorganization
- Bring in your passion and personal dedication to build our future together
- Work on a specific project based on business needs
- Be fully flexible and mobile
Your Profile:
- Completed technical degree in e.g mechanical Engineering, Chemicals Engineering, Management Engineer (e.g. BA with Engineering focus)
- 1-2 years of working experience
- Min. standard user IT skills
- Fluent English is a must
- Team player and open to work in an intercultural environment
- Full mobility in EU/Americas or globally. Valid EU passport (for EU applicants) and Brazil/Mexico/US/China passport for these respective locations Personal engagement and dedication for personal growth
