We are currently growing a newly established Finance Shared Service Centre in Zaragoza. This new centre is providing financial support to our operations, suppliers and customers across the EU territory. The offices are located in the Expo area in the city.

Accountant - Accounts Receivables (junior or mid-level)

Main activities:

• Management of the AR and support to sales team
• Internal/external relations ship (customer, sales organization,
  controllers, operation)
• AR Reconciliation
• Management of Accounts Receivables forecast
• Customer overdues and claims follow-up
• Dispute management
• Management of daily issues
• Support month-end closing.
• Audit support on AR related activities
• AR related project and process improvement

Requirements:

• Finished Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
• Experience in accounting & finance administration 1-2 years for medior level, experience not required for junior roles although internship in finance highly beneficial
• Experience from a large multinational, ideally in manufacturing
• industry
• SAP knowledge advantage
• Fluent English
• Fluent Spanish or French or other EU language
• Experience within Shared Service environment advantageous
