Senior Plant Financial Controller

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Preparation of multi-year plans
• Monitoring their implementation and analyzing variances (monthly reporting)
• Preparation of management information for company management
• Product profitability analysis
• Support in developing the Plant's financial results
• Support in reporting financial data to the Plant Director and the Group
• Support in ongoing control and analysis of internal costs
• Implementing and monitoring internal financial procedures and authorization in accordance with the Group's procedures and policies
• Operating in accordance with Adler's financial procedures
• Developing the Company's financial results
• Reporting financial data to the Director and the Group
• Ongoing monitoring and analysis of internal costs
• Overseeing capital expenditures
• Creating budgets
• Supervising inventory counts
• Monthly presentation of company results

Requirements:

• Higher education or university degree, majoring in accounting or finance
• Knowledge in the following areas: financial controlling, financial analysis, financial and management accounting
• CIMA or ACCA certificate strong advantage
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial controlling in a production environment 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Driving license cat. B
• Personal competences: Conscientiousness, self-control, punctuality, ability to work in a team
