We are looking for junior/graduate accountants and finance professionals to join our new new Finance Shared Services Center in Zaragoza city center. We have opportunities in the following areas: 

Position 1: Accounts Payables

Main activities:

• Create of new suppliers account and support database management
• Manage the procurement process and control
• Control and validation of received invoices
• Reconcile invoices and payments
• Support EDI, Self bill or Retro billing process with suppliers
• Manage and update SAP customer data

Position 2: Accounts Receivables

Main activities:

• Management of the AR and support to sales team
• Internal/external relations ship (customer, sales organization, controllers, operation)
• AR Reconciliation
• Customer overdoes and claims follow-up
• Dispute management
• Management of Accounts Receivables forecast
• Management of daily issues
• Support month-end closing.
• Audit support on AR related activities
• AR related project and process improvement

Requirements:

• Finished Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
• Experience in accounting & finance administration 0-3 years
• Experience from a large multinational, ideally in manufacturing industry advantageous 
• SAP knowledge advantage
• Fluent English
• Fluent Spanish or French or other EU language
• Experience within Shared Service environment advantageous
