We offer an internship for the position of Sales Support Specialist for our new Shared Service Center in Zaragoza, Spain. This person will support our Sales and Account Management teams in Europe to ensure excellent customer relationships. Our customers are car manufacturers like Ford, VW, Stellantis, etc.
Main Tasks:
Support our Sales and Account Management Teams in Europe
Check our internal customer database and portal webs for new Requests for Quotation, Purchase Orders and Tooling orders
Assist with completion of quotations with the necessary information received from the Key Account Manager and Sales Manager
Follow-up on purchase orders and tooling orders
Regularly communicate with Adler Pelzer plants
Upload our tooling invoices in the system and feed the system with the requested information
Follow up on payments
Responsible for prices master data maintenance
Get trained in applications/systems so that there is a backup in case of the absence of the Key Account/Sales Manager
Prepare the yearly Sales Budget planning together with the Key Account/Sales Manager
Responsible for customer master data maintenance
Support on Accounts Receivables tasks
Profile:
Level 4 NVQ Diploma or University degree
Detail-oriented, organised
Willingness to learn
Ability to function in a multinational matrix environment
Fluent English is a must
Initial experience from finance or customer service shared centre or from a sales support role (preferred)
SAP knowledge (preferred)
This role is ideal for a fresh graduate
