For our production sites located in Zatec and Kadan, we are looking for a PC&L Engineer - Improvement Coordinator.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure plant implementation of PC&L methods and tools.
- Provide plant with PC&L standards ex. storage system, material line feeding, 5S, alert boards, visual management, material flow, etc.
- Support management in the implementation of PC&L tools and provide technical support to other functions.
- Be the primary contact for the customer regarding the logistics of the project
- Study the logistics costs associated with the processes
- Participate in the project review meetings
- Communicate Improvement initiatives: train and coach plant employees when necessary and carry out progress
- workshops in accordance with the plant PC&L manager.
- Propose, in coordination with Opex Team visual management systems in order to improve reactivity in case of problems, cooperate in area of lay-out definition.
- Identify and implement best practices.
- Ensure Know-how capitalization and check that standard forms are used.

- Technical Education
- Advanced Experiences MS Office
- Experience/Knowledge Lean Manufacturing, 5S
- Knowledge of production planning and efficiency tracking
- Communicative English skills
- Experience in automotive industry and knowledge of the standards
- Knolwledge AutoCAD nebo MS Visio
