Software Engineer (Internal Tools)

Objectives of the position
As a Software Engineer, you will be working within the simulation and methodology team within the corporate R&D department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with some background knowledge of acoustics and vehicle development. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our existing internal tools and implementing additional features.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain internal tools to support various teams within the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our tools remain cutting-edge.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Python, Go, JavaScript, Vue.js, C#.
  • Strong experience with Linux, PostgreSQL, Redis.
  • Familiarity with Version Control Systems (VCS).
  • Background knowledge in acoustics and/or vehicle development is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
