Junior Production/OPEX Engineer

We are currently looking for a Junior Production/OPEX Engineer for our production plant in Desio (MB).
The position is primarily responsible for the analysis and coordination of activities related to APPS (Adler Pelzer Production System) and the improvement and savings plan in production. The position is suitable for fresh graduates in engineering or management engineering.

The position is primarily responsible for the analysis and coordination of activities related to APPS (Adler Pelzer Production System) and the improvement and savings plan in production. The position is suitable for fresh graduates in engineering or management engineering.
Main tasks:
- Support APPS (Adler Pelzer Production System) implementation and ensure functionality;
- Collaboration on the production improvement plan;
- 5S - preparation of the plan;
- KPI monitoring - ensuring the system is running, numbers are calculated correctly;
- Collaboration on layout development and changes led by the plant team;
- PPA (preparation and monitoring of improvement measures);
- Kaizen workshop facilitation defining, leading, identifying and implementing improvements in the plant.
- High school or university degree - technical major, engineering degree;
- Analytical skills - ability to analyze the current situation;
- Experience in manufacturing operations (basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, flow) an advantage;
- Fluent English;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to learn new things quickly.
