For our production site in Berka we are looking for an experienced personnel officer - part-time position for 30 hours per week.
- Collaborate with the plant manager and management team to manage HR issues in line with the company's goals – as a true business partner, consultant
- Implement an efficient and integrated staffing strategy, recruitment, onboarding, training, career management, workforce development, internal communications, etc. at the site level.
- Responsible for adhering to laws, regulations, and company policies in HR processes and ensuring such compliance
- Management of the budget (labor and other costs)
- Ensuring efficient payroll and administrative processes
- Managing working relations with local workers' representatives, maintaining positive relations and constructive dialogues
- Creating a Positive Workplace
- Support and implementation of personnel/organizational changes within the company
- Adaptation of the organizational structure to the business requirements - agile organization
- Implementation of the Group's HR policies and processes at the site, management of HR KPIs
- Reporting relevant HR information to the Group
- Collaborate with the HR community within the group
- Participation in HR projects in the company
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar position in production, preferably in the automotive industry
- Degree
- Strong HR experience gained in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and very good written and spoken English (you will communicate frequently with management in English)
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of employment law and best practices in human resources (recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, etc.)
