Junior Accountant - Accounts Receivables

For our Financial Shared Service Center in Poland, we are looking for a Jr Accounts Receivables Accountant. This position is initially for a fixed one year contract, however extension may be possible after this period.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and monitoring of receivables from customers
- Settlement of receivables
- Explaining discrepancies with customers, confirming balances
- Invoicing of other sales (tooling, waste, group charges)
- Issuing corrective invoices regarding price differences
- Issuing standard sales invoices
- Posting debit notes from customers.
- Participation in the month and year closing process
- Cooperation with the logistics and quality departments in explaining quantitative and qualitative discrepancies
- Active participation in the annual audit
Our expectations:
- AR process understanding and experience
- Knowledge of the Accounting Act, knowledge of tax regulations - VAT, CIT
- Experience in using AR systems
- Good MS Office, Excel skills
- Efficient communication skills
- Meticulous and able to process data with high degree of accuracy
- English at communicative level
