For our Financial Shared Service Center in Poland, we are looking for a Jr Accountant/AP Accountant. This position is initially for a fixed one year contract, however extension may be possible after this period.
 

Accountant/Junior AP Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Verifying invoices in the electronic document circulation system
• Posting cost invoices
• Posting invoices regarding fixed assets and tooling
• Settlement of bank transfers
• Reconcile and confirm vendor account balances
• Participation in internal projects affecting accounting processes
• Participation in the month and year closing process
• Active participation in the annual audit

Our expectations:

• AP process understanding and experience
• Knowledge of the Accounting Act, knowledge of tax regulations - VAT, CIT
• Good MS Office, Excel skills
• Efficient communication skills
• Meticulous and able to process data with high degree of accuracy
• English at communicative level
• SAP
