Adler Evo srl, for the Program Management department, located in Montelabbate (PU), is looking for a Project Manager

Key responsibilities: 

• Coordinates and manages technical activities, evaluates the main economic indicators, organises the various phases of the assigned project in order to meet company and customer expectations.
• Develops the detailed planning and scheduling of the project and is responsible for monitoring these, promptly reporting possible deviations and proposing recovery plans.
• Develops and shares the project with the team according to the PDP plan and consistent with the client's APQP.
• Schedules and organises regular and cadenced team meetings to discuss the status of the project both internally and with the client.
• Makes decisions and assumes a leadership role in resolving open issues, or proposes internal escalation if higher-level management decisions are requiredCoordinates the internal and external resources of the project team.
• In case of project changes due to Customer request or external needs, formulates technical and economic proposals according to new target.
• Interfaces with Sales and Finance to manage properly the customer invoicing flow.

Requirements:

• Degree in Management Engineering or similar disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the role, preferably from the automotive industry.
• Fluent English.
• PMI-PMP certification (or similar).
• Availability to travel both in Italy and Europe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Negotiation skills and conflict management.
• Problem solving.
• Attention to detail and multitasking.
